In a Life & Stress Coaching Session, we will:

  • Uncover the root causes of your chronic stress. What are the sparks? We'll delve deep into your stressors and through thought-provoking conversation, explore the underlying factors contributing to how you’re feeling.

  • Discover the factors that keep your mind and body in full-on stress mode — the flames that keep it burning. 

  • Explore mindset shifts and boundaries and other non-negotiables you need to move forward with strength and confidence.

  • Provide you with practical tools, techniques and a kick-ass action plan: You'll gain a toolkit of practical strategies to manage stress, including mindfulness techniques, mindset shifts, and stress-reduction exercises.

  • Kickstart your long-term transformation. This session is designed to create lasting change. You'll develop a clear action plan to implement in your daily life, enabling you to break free from stress and live a more fulfilling, balanced existence.

  • The session concludes with a guided visualisation to leave you feeling empowered and calm.

I will also:

  • Create a safe and supportive space for you to express your concerns, fears and frustrations. 

  • Equip you with proven stress management support strategies, mindfulness techniques and coping mechanisms to help you regain control during shitty times. 

  • Share resources and expert knowledge on resiliency and how best to support yourself. 

  • Help you get super real on what’s got to change and shift.
