Today's date.  He has been sitting at my feet whilst I've been working......poor pooch is melting in this heat.  #staffypower
goodmorning!!! The past few weeks I really felt I was achieving absolutely nothing within my business. We started toilet training bubs and learning how to navigate this new world of toddler tantrums 😬. I’ve never believed in such a thing as going backwards, you just may not be going at the original pace you had planned. But forward is forward!!! XxB

I had my first breakdown in my early twenties, then again at 26. You think I would have learnt the first time?! I wanted to impress, show that I could do everything, wanted to rush things and still somehow expect perfection in everything I was doing. Nothing would flow, and things got harder and harder. I’ve since learnt that there is an easier, kinder way. Doing your best does not have anything to do with running yourself into the ground to the point of absolute exhaustion and breakdown. So if this is you, be a little kinder to yourself, prioritise, hustle, but know when to stop and recharge and say no every now and then and take on one thing at a time. XxB

.......when people ask me my opinion on detoxes 👆👆👆👆👆. There is a time and place for well managed 'reset cleanses', that are not calorie restricting, and won't make you feel like crap, but what we do everyday is way more important to touch on first, not to mention sustainable.  xxB
