HOW IT WORKS...

There are 2 sections to the assessment. You will need to answer:

1.   An in-depth health and lifestyle questionnaire - This is to give a better understanding of your health & medical condition(s), health goals, habits and digestive health, exercise, stress levels and lifestyle.  This is essential to help find the right solutions for YOU. 

2.  A Food Diary - Using our template, you will be required to complete a food diary for 1 week.  This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea, snacks and beverages. It is best to complete this during a 'typical week' that shows what you would typically consume.  

What then?

Your questionnaire and food diary is analysed by a practicing, qualified & experienced Naturopath.  The results, analysis, dietary solutions and recommendations are emailed back to you within 14 business days.  They are individually assessed, there are NO automated responses! It's me on the other end......not a robot!

If there are any aspects that needs clarification, I will contact you via email.

You will also have email support after your receive your assessment, to answer any questions you have or any clarifications.  I am here for you!

Benefits of an online assessment...

Despite not having the 1:1 face time, there are wonderful benefits to doing the assessment online.  We can still connect beautifully and professionally.  This assessment is an extra way I further support my clients to smashing their health goals, as well as being efficient and flexible towards their needs and precious time. 

In a clinical setting, most time is spent asking + answering questions and piecing together a picture of your health, prior to any recommendations.  This, combined with the assessment and your personalised plan can take more than one session.  Essentially, you are receiving the same level of support and guidance equivalent to 3 in-person consultations!  

As you are submitting your questionnaire and food diary from the beginning, your assessment can commence IMMEDIATELY.....so you all the info you need straight away!  

The dietary recommendations and support is of the same high standard you would receive in a clinical setting......we've just made it more convenient!
